AIPD offers digital products including e-books, online courses, and downloadable tools (such as the AIPD Financial Manager). All products are described as accurately as possible; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free.
4. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) for South African customers and US Dollars (USD) for international customers.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Paystack and Gumroad. AIPD does not store your payment card details.
• All prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products (e-books, course materials, downloadable tools) are delivered electronically, typically via email or a download link, after successful payment. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at info@aipd.co.za.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded, except where required otherwise by South African consumer protection law. If you experience a technical issue with delivery or access, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
